If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money, less the shipping. Before throwing in the towel, however, be sure to give the product(s) some time to work, for your sake. These products often require a few weeks of trial before you notice a difference.

RETURNS

If your products arrive damaged, Exact Nature will refill the damaged product as soon as possible. Please notify us of this by email at Support@ExactNature.com. At that time, we will make arrangements with you for the new delivery.

SHIPPING

All non-priority shipping will be provided free of charge. 

Exact Nature will ship within the United States only at this point in time. This will change if international laws regarding CBD-based products change. 

Exact Nature products are shipped within one business day. When ordering on-line, you will receive a confirmation notice indicating that your order has been placed. A second notice will be sent with your tracking information. Tracking numbers are provided for US Postal Service (USPS) as well as United Parcel Service (UPS).
